February 15, 2015 (Calvary Temple)

The main pastor spoke from the word today. February 14th being valentine's day, he spoke from the word of God regarding God's love.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

His message was about agape love. Agape love means God's love. From verses 4 - 7, in place of love, replace it with Jesus.

Jesus is patient,

Jesus is kind,

Jesus does not envy,

Jesus does not boast,

Jesus is not proud,

Jesus does not dishonor,

Jesus is not self seeking,

Jesus is not easily angered,

Jesus doesn't keep any record of wrongs,

Jesus does not delight in evil but he rejoices in the truth,

Jesus always protects,

Jesus always trusts

Jesus always hopes

Jesus always perseveres

Now let's put our name in place of Jesus so that as a child of God we can also live in love
